The Valletta Pageant of the Seas.

The Valletta Pageant of the Seas is a unique, large-scale spectacle in the Grand Harbour which the whole family can enjoy. This event, which is commemorating Valletta 450th anniversary since its foundation, includes shows involving numerous galleys, regatta boats, power boats, yachts and carnival floats, and much more. Activities for the Valletta Pageant of the Seas include the Għawma Toni Bajada, a huge swimming activity where hundreds will swim from Fort St. Angelo to Valletta; a regatta; as well as Tellieqa Telliqun, a unique race where participants create their own boats using various materials, which they then race without using motors or oars. UK-based outdoor arts experts Walk the Plank will also be presenting a special show for the event. Members of the general public interested in participating in the Għawma Toni Bajada can do so here:
